InTraTool — its name, source code, functional documentation, interfaces and databases — is the exclusive property of E.S.K.V.. The software is filed with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) under number 5270631, dated 20-06-2026.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part and by whatever means, without the publisher's prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The data entered into the application by a customer — incidents, dialogs, attachments, action plans — remains, by contrast, the property of that customer. The publisher accesses it only as the technical operation of the service requires.
